The agreement between you and Finawo when you use the product.
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the accuracy of the data you connect or import. You agree to use Finawo lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
Your data is yours. You grant us the permission needed to process it in order to provide the product, such as reading connected accounts to compute your dashboard. You can export or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Finawo is a tool that organizes and projects your financial data. It is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Figures such as runway and forecasts are estimates based on your data, and you remain responsible for your financial decisions.
We work to keep Finawo available and accurate, but we provide it on an as-is basis without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change we will let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
